Accommodation Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Conditions

Where a participant books a residential course or accommodation via the Site, the following Terms and Conditions operate between GPSL and the individual participant.

For all bookings made through the Site, GPSL act on behalf of course delegates as a hotel booking agent only. Placing an accommodation booking request through the Site with a Hotel creates a separate binding agreement between the participant and the Hotel operator outside these terms and Conditions.

As a booking agent GPSL are not responsible or liable for the actions of third parties for the provision of this service. The terms of business of the Accommodation Provider are separate to this agreement. It is the responsibility of those requesting bookings to understand the terms of business of the third party accommodation provider they are entering into contract with and we would suggest that you obtain a copy of these in advance of placing a booking which includes accommodation. Requesting a booking through the Site is deemed to be acceptance of those terms.

Waiting List (Waitlist)

When a course is full you will be given the option to be placed on a waitlist. If/when a place becomes available an email notification will be sent out to all customers on the waitlist. The customer will be required to return to the Site to book on the course, this is on a first come or first served basis.
