What are the start and finish times of the course?

These are specific to a course and can be found within the course details under the date you request.

How do I cancel my registration?

Cancellations or transfers must be requested in writing and will become effective on the date received by General Physics UK Ltd. We are unable to accept cancellations within 4 weeks of the course start date, although you may be able to substitute a suitable delegate onto the same course on the same date or a transfer to date and you will not be charged. If substituting you must notify us of the new participant’s details in order not to be charged.

Cancellations within our 4 week cancellation period will mean you are charged 100% of the course fees.

How do I cancel my accommodation?

Where a participant books a residential course or accommodation via the website, the following Terms and Conditions operate between GP and the individual participant. For all bookings made through the site, GP act on behalf of course delegates as a hotel booking agent. Placing an accommodation booking request through the site with a Hotel creates a separate binding agreement outside these terms and Conditions. Up to four weeks prior to the course start date, a participant may cancel their booking and request a full refund. If a booking that includes accommodation is cancelled less than four weeks prior to the commencement of the course the full cost of the booking will be applied. Where accommodation is purchased directly with the hotel any alterations to the booking such as delegate transfers or cancellations, must be made with the Hotel directly. If insufficient notice given you may be liable for cancellation charges.

If I cancel my registration will I be charged?

If you cancel your registration 4 weeks (1 calendar month) prior to the class taking place you will not be charged. However, if you have cancelled within the 4 week cancellation period you will be charged 100% of the course fee.

Alternatively if you are able to find another person to attend in your place you will not be charged. You may also choose to book onto the same course on an alternative date and not be charged a cancellation fee.

Bookings must be transferred only once without a charge and up to 14 days before the class commences.

Please note no refunds will be given on any bookings which have already been transferred without a charge. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

How long will it take for my refund to go through?

Your account will be credited within 3-5 working days.

Can I transfer my registration to the same course on a different date?

Bookings may be transferred only once without incurring a charge and the transfer must be made no less than 14 days prior to the course taking place.
