This programme explores some elements behind the psychology of selling and communication from creating impact through to building longer term relationships. It is highly interactive with group discussion and skills practice sessions. It encourages delegates to be able to recognise their preferred style of communication and to understand that it may be different to their customer. It encourages delegates to explore ways in which they can adapt their communication to suit the style of their customer in order to build trust and rapport as quickly as possible, and thus make each meeting with their customer as effective as possible.

Course Objectives

By the end of this programme delegates will be able to recognise key communication traits, and be able to identify with their own preferences. More importantly they will also be able to adapt and flex their own style to suit others with a view to building greater rapport. This in turn will assist delegates in turning customer needs into customer wants.
