This programme would also suit managers who have been identified within their own organisation as having leadership potential but who need to build self-awareness and interpersonal skills before taking on roles of greater responsibility.

The Funds Executive Management Programme would consist of two components, beginning with an assessment centre, followed by three training modules. Following the assessment centre candidates will take three supporting training modules built around three key modules derived from analysis of industry training needs undertaken by the IFIA HR & Training Committee.
