This is a practicalworkshop designed to show you how to reduce stress by managing pressure better. You will learn how to stay more in control of yourself as pressure increases so you can still perform well and achieve results.
You will also learn how to relax quickly in any situation, keep your confidence and energy levels high, and begin to achieve the work/home/life balance you want.
Mr Moore is a highly experienced consultant and trainer who specialises in inter-personal skills, team building, leadership, emotional intelligence, stress management, psychometric assessment, and management development. He has been successfully delivering consultancy, coaching and training throughout the UK, Europe and the Gulf States since 1993. Previous positions include HR & Training Director of Chantrey Vellacott, financial services (offices in UK and throughout Eastern Europe) and senior consultant in Rand Training BV, Netherlands. Other professional experience includes several years as a visiting lecturer on post-graduate courses for several UK universities and one European university.
