The workshop includes a variety of practical activities to apply and reinforce the learning points. For those interested in attaining accreditation for their own programme, this workshop has been aligned with the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment (ISMPE).
Sue is a senior facilitator with Clutterbuck Associates and has over 20 years’ experience in the training and development field gained in a variety of roles while working with leading global document services provider Xerox and as an independent consultant.
