Liz Dimmock
Liz Dimmock has an initial background in business and HR consultancy developed through working at KPMG and then within a manufacturing and HR business.
Subsequent to this, Liz worked within CMC, a career consultancy, for 4 years. During this time Liz set up and ran their coaching practice. Working with FTSE 250 organisations to implement their coaching strategies provided a solid coaching foundation for her next move.
Liz’s last role, before joining Clutterbuck Associates, was Global Head of Coaching at HSBC. This role built on her previous experience within the coaching space (CMC and studying for her Diploma in Executive Coaching, Academy of Executive Coaching). Working to define and implement HSBC’s coaching strategy was a key focus in addition to carrying out a global review of their external coaches and practices. Liz also led a significant Coach Assessment Programme to identify, assess and onboard current and prospective coaches for HSBC. Carrying out research into the coaching market, industry standards and corporate needs this enabled the design and implementation of an assessment programme for 304 coaches.
Whilst at HSBC Liz also worked across the global businesses to define and implement mentoring programmes in line with specific business line requirements.
Liz has a strong interest in global corporate coaching standards and trends and how organisations and individuals maximise the impacts of coaching interventions.
