It also provides essential skills and learning to the mentors. These can be delivered as group or as one to one session. Often senior level colleagues tend not to be able or are inclined to attend group training sessions. We have found that one to one “mentor sessions” with your senior colleague and a CA Consultant represents an effective way to develop their mentoring skills in a bespoke session.

- How a mentor helps and adds value
- How to get the most out of a mentoring relationship
- How mentoring will work within your organisation

- Role of mentor and of mentee
- How mentoring works – examining the key stages in developing the relationship and getting the most out of each stage
- How mentors can help their mentees – the four key helping roles of coach, counsellor, networker and role model
- For mentors – an introduction to the skills and techniques that can make for a dynamic relationship
