Coaching for Performance/Line Manager as Coach – Advanced

During the workshop, coaches are given self-diagnostic tools to help them identify areas, in which improved skills or an appropriate technique would help them be more effective in the role. The main part of the day is spent in discussing and practising techniques and approaches the facilitator introduces, in response to these identified needs.
Course Objectives
To enlarge participants’ portfolio of responses
To discuss personal experience and extract lessons for both the individual and the group
To provide a safe haven for practising new techniques with supportive colleagues
At the end of the workshop, participants will:
Have reinforced their confidence in their ability to perform as a coach
Have a clearer understanding of the links between theory and practice
Have clear goals about improving their competence in the role over time
