  • Tony has delivered influencing training to thousands of delegates He arms his participants with the various tools they need to enable them to be more flexible and effective when influencing others, by introducing them to elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
  • For various sectors Tony has taught sales people and managers. He has developed programmes that combine theory modules with cooperative team exercises for: Sales leadership; building and motivating a successful team; territory assignments; coaching, counselling and conflict management; supporting major account sales to raise level of contact; crisis management and high value deal closure support; integration of the team’s activities into the bigger organisation; Partner relationship management as appropriate.
  • Tony specialises in giving the ordinary presenter that ‘wow’ factor that really wins over an audience. He enables participants to build a personal excellence model that empowers them to work towards new influencing and audience winning techniques.

Background

He has a background in sales and sales management and possesses a powerful presentation style which ensures that any training course is a memorable, enjoyable and beneficial experience.

Tony is also a student of drama which has helped him to bring passion and creativity into the training room. His NLP skills add a new dimension to presentation and training courses - which Matchett clients agree generate a real difference to the people and organisations he works with.
