- Tom is an assessor for the Association for Project Management’s APMPQ(advanced-level) qualification and PRINCE2 Practitioner. He has taught the APMP and Intro Certificate courses, as well as a range of interpersonal skills courses. In addition, he is an NLP Practitioner and licensed in the use of Belbin Team Roles and SDI. - Tom is an experienced learning and development consultant specialising inidentifying, designing, delivering and evaluating tailored Project management, management and personal development programmes, to delegates at all levels.
- Tom’s focus has been on people development and change management, and he has developed a particular interest and aptitude in the ‘soft skills’ side of project management.
Tom has worked with both new and experienced project and line managers to help them nurture their skills and knowledge, enabling them to build a strong foundation in their professional abilities. His experience in learning and development extends to the research, design, development and delivery of organisational capability through effective change strategies, and the uplift of team and individual personal competencies.

Background
With a career that has spanned project management, learning & development management and operational roles in a diverse selection of organisations from multi-nationals to SMEs, Tom has successfully delivered a range of assignments as project manager, tutor, coach and consultant. Tom’s focus has been on people development and change management, and he has developed a particular interest and aptitude in the ‘soft skills’ side of project management. He has used this to great effect in a range of national and international assignments, many of which had high levels of stakeholder sensitivity and complexity.
