Ms Sara Hope
Coaching Principal Consultant
Sara helped grow KPMG’s internal coaching faculty. During her time there she developed a reputation both internally and externally for her expertise on internal coaching and was often consulted by different organisations to give pragmatic advice on what makes internal coaching work. She regularly contributes to research on internal coaching, and has examined the unique aspects of developing an internal coaching capability as part of her MSc in Coaching.
Sara’s expertise on internal coaching is recognised within the wider coaching profession and she has recently spoken at conferences, including the European International Coaching Federation Conference, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Human Resource Development Conferences. Her recent publications include articles in Coaching at Work, British Psychological Society (BPS) Assessment & Development Matters, and the CIPD HR Bulletin.
As well as operating in an advisory capacity with clients, Sara is a highly experienced coach and has a track record of enabling executives to achieve significant change in personal performance, leadership, team management and business outcomes. She also provides career and transition coaching enabling individuals to identify their skills, values, and purpose, and to develop to their full potential in current or new roles.
Through her coaching, Sara seeks to provide support and challenge in a safe and stimulating environment so clients can experience greater clarity, success and fulfilment in a pragmatic, business-focused way. Her coaching is inspired by a passionate belief in the growth and potential of a human being, and the capacity of her clients to think for themselves.
In addition to her first degree, she has a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management, an MSc in Coaching and Development, is accredited by The Association for Coaching, and is a member of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
