Ms Patti Stevens
Consultant
Patti’s professional training and background is in organisational, coaching and supervision psychology. Throughout her professional journey which began some 29 years ago, Patti has gained extensive coaching and supervision experience both in the private and public sector working with many and varied corporate and private clients across all levels of organisational structure.
For the past ten years Patti has been a senior visiting lecturer, coach and supervisor on the MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice at Oxford Brookes University, which she helped to develop and design, and was also part of the programme development team for the first Professional Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring and the Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Supervision. Patti is also a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Business School where she is developing Henley Coaching Supervisors and delivers Executive Coaching to participants on both Corporate and MBA programmes.
Patti is fully trained and licensed to use the web-based Coaching Signatures profile, a projective psychometric tool which provides a framework and report for coaches to recognise and understand their most natural Coaching Signature and which enables coaching practitioners to develop alternative coaching styles and strategies as appropriate.
Patti holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision (Oxford Brookes University), an MSc in Psychological Counselling and Psychotherapy (Roehampton, Surrey), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology and Psychiatry (Kings College, London), and a Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring (OSC&M) together with extensive other organisational, psychological and supervision professional qualifications.
