Profile
She has previously worked with many of the major Financial Services institutions including Nationwide Building Society, HSBC, Abbey and the Financial Services Authority.
She has a proven track record in designing, developing and delivering successful knowledge and sales skills programmes, with her speciality being programmes focused around the phsycology of selling.
She is also involved in coaching programmes, working with individuals and teams. She is accredited in the ‘Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument’ - a fantastic tool to analyse how we think and make decisions and how we interact with others.
She particularly enjoys helping teams to understand and respect differences and to reconsider their approach to work to take advantage of their strengths.
Her interpersonal skills are second to none, being enhanced by her NLP practitioner status and her adaptable approach which enables her to communicate with people at all levels.
Nicky is a hugely passionate and committed individual, taking pride in everything she does. She is always enthusiastic and genuinely enjoys the challenges her work presents.
