Ms Lynne Dorling
Consultant
During her time with Marks and Spencer (M&S), Lynne was Programme Director for the Executive Development Programme, a ground breaking cultural change initiative for senior leaders, which involved widening business experience, personal profiling and 1:1 coaching and mentoring. Business mentoring gradually became embedded into the M&S culture following this programme.
As a consultant, Lynne has coached and mentored many senior leaders including Vice Chancellors and Chief Executives. She is experienced in working across all sectors, including not for profit, and her flexible and engaging style enables her to build relationships at all levels.
Living in North America for two years, Lynne gained valuable international experience working as a business consultant to two American businesses.
Lynne has a range of qualifications in coaching and related disciplines. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and worked for two years as a tutor on their Coaching and Mentoring Programme. She is also an active alumni member of the Academy of Executive Coaching.
Currently involved in research on ‘Maximising the Potential of Women in Organisations’, Lynne is passionate about working with clients to create the right environment to enable everyone to fulfil their potential.
