From creating and delivering sales and management process techniques and assessment centres for an entire national sales team of a major insurer to the design and delivery of a Customer Service programme to the entire team (frontline staff to all executives) of Northern Ireland’s leading Building Society. From the design of an entire range of training materials for a number of leading banks to the delivery of the FSA’s Money Made Clear briefings to health professionals.

Able to create, manage and develop business plans, can work at both strategic and operational levels, design and deliver solutions for new systems, IT implementation plus E-learning solutions, process to behavioural, selling skills and performance management programmes and assessment centres. Able to design and launch national conventions and conferences.
