Errol is an experienced learning and development consultant specialising in identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating tailored management and personal development programmes, to delegates at all levels.

Errol was one of the founders and executive chairman of Europe’s largest multimillion pound community complex, which was launched by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. Over 6,000 customers visited the complex each week. He is the author of ‘Pursuing Excellence,’ a powerful personal and interpersonal development and management book, which is used as preferred reading material on many management programmes. His second book, ‘The Temptation Trap’ was published in April 2003. His third book, ‘Sowing For A Blessing’ was published in January 2004. Errol’s fourth book will be released early 2007.

Errol is a frequent conference and motivational speak, mentor, coach, and compare, addressing audiences from as little as 1 to over 4,000 people.
