Ms Deborah Morel

Deborah is a psychology graduate with an MA Journalism. An experienced HR professional with over 25 years experience in the field of organisational development working extensively abroad and in the UK in both management and consultancy roles. She has worked for British Airways, Xerox and more recently she was Learning & Development Director EMEA for a global BPO. Deborah has considerable experience working with organisations undergoing transition and change.

Deborah’s client base covers both the private and public sector. She was also an editor for The Open University Business School Management Series. Currently, Deborah is on the Board of Trustees for a Hospital and also is a volunteer coach for senior managers within the Third Sector.
