Andy is a creative thinker who is an articulate communicator at all levels and is a highly effective presenter and facilitator.

• Considerable experience in many sectors in all aspects of training and development including Training Needs Analysis, Programme design, Delivery of training programmes and Evaluation
• Designed and facilitated a two day ‘setting your team up to succeed’ workshop delivered to managers of teams in the support centre of a major UK and International retailer
• Delivered team events to new teams that were coming together for the first time
• Delivered workshops to senior and first line managers who were looking to develop high performance teams
• Over 18 years proven experience in supporting and delivering soft skills training and development to operations staff and managers in a variety of organisations
• Leadership skills gained in running operational teams as well as training and development teams
